I Haven’t Received an Order Confirmation. What Should I Do?

An order confirmation is automatically sent by email. Sometimes the emails may end up in your spam folder. If you cannot find an email from eiapopeia there either, please contact me.

When Will I Receive My Order?

All cushions are made to order and will be shipped within 2–3 weeks via DPD with insured delivery. 

Can I Exchange My Order?

Orders can be exchanged within 14 days. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired product through the webshop.

Can I Return My Order?

Orders can be returned within 14 days. The costs and risks of returning the item are your own responsibility. Please contact me at info@eiapopeia.nl to register your return.

Only unused items without signs of wear and with the original labels still attached can be returned.

Returned products will be processed within two weeks of receipt. You will receive an email once your return has been processed, after which the refund will be transferred to you.

Yes, I ship to Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and Belgium.
