Shipping your order

After completing the ordering process, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email.

We ship your order insured with DPD or DHL. After shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace link so you can follow your parcel.

Please note: products made to order will be shipped within 2–3 weeks.

Exchanging an order

Orders may be exchanged within 14 days. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for the desired product in our online shop.

Returning an order

Orders may be returned within 14 days. The costs and risks of returning the order are at your own expense. Please contact us at info@eiapopeia.nl to register your return. We only accept unused items without signs of wear and with the original labels still attached.

We process returned products within two weeks of receipt. You will receive an email once your return has been processed, and the refund will then be transferred to you.
