Refund policy

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days. The costs and risks associated with returning the order are at your own expense. Please contact me at info@eiapopeia.nl to register your return.

Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I process returned products within two weeks of receipt. You will receive an email once your return has been processed, after which the refund will be transferred to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products, such as special orders or personalised items, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day statutory cooling-off period in the EU

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without having to provide a reason.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within ten business days via your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
